Rail:
the centre of London is only a few miles away from London City Airport by rail along the Docklands Light Railway. The service runs to Canning Street Station, from where Underground trains connect with the rest of London.
Bus:
shuttle buses run to popular spots in London city such as Canary Wharf and Liverpool Street Station. Services depart every 10 minutes during the week and every 15 minutes on weekends and they go from right outside Arrivals. You can also get to major cities outside of London from London City Airport, including to Woolwich and Silvertown on bus numbers 473 and 474 respectively. National Express coaches link up with Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
Taxi:

London City Airport is six miles from the city centre and is close to the main A13 east-west highway, which provides access to the M25 ring road to the east. Several major motorways are also within reach, including the M1, M40, M4, and M3.
